Child Development Center Management

The University System of New Hampshire (USNH) is seeking a qualified childcare management service provider to manage and operate childcare facilities across its three institutions: the University of New Hampshire (UNH), Keene State College (KSC), and Plymouth State University (PSU). The selected provider will be responsible for the comprehensive management and operation of awarded childcare facilities, including program administration, educational programming, staffing, and financial management. The contract is expected to be for three years with the option for two one-year extensions. • The USNH operates childcare centers across three institutions, each with varying sizes, capacities, and program offerings. • The selected provider will be responsible for achieving a financially sustaining program at each institution's childcare center. • The provider will be required to maintain high-quality early childhood education programs aligned with best practices and enhance operational efficiency and financial sustainability of existing facilities. • The provider will also be responsible for providing support for academic programs and research initiatives at USNH institutions. • The contract requires the provider to follow all applicable regulations and minimum standards and to provide a seamless transition that minimizes disruption to children, families, and staff.
