Montgomery College is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, college‑wide Integrated Pest Management (IPM) services. The contractor will be responsible for developing and implementing an IPM plan that reduces pest activity while minimizing chemical use, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a safe campus environment for students, staff, and visitors. The scope includes routine inspections, treatment applications, documentation, and reporting across all college campuses and facilities. • Develop and execute an Integrated Pest Management plan for the entire college system. • Conduct regular site inspections and monitoring for pests (insects, rodents, etc.). • Apply environmentally responsible treatment methods and maintain records of all activities. • Provide training and education to campus personnel on IPM best practices. • Ensure compliance with Maryland pesticide regulations and any applicable federal guidelines. • Submit periodic performance reports and maintain a responsive service schedule.
