SOLICITATION TITLE: Project Management Consultant Services for Design-Build Services for Station State of Good Repair Work – Package 3 (State) DESCRIPTION: The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (“MTA”), acting by and through MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”), is seeking to retain the services of a project management consultant to administer, oversee, and complete the design and construction of State of Good Repairs (“SOGR”) at 10 stations on the BMT West End Line. (Package 3) A Pre-Proposal Conference will be held at 2:00 PM on September 9, 2026, via Microsoft Teams.
