Fry Oil Management service.

The Cherokee Nation Entertainment, LLC and Gold Strike Casino are soliciting sealed bids for a Fry Oil Management System. The successful bidder will provide service to all Cherokee Nation Entertainment and Gold Strike properties, including the delivery of fry oil comparable to the current quality soy oil and the removal of yellow grease. The contract will be awarded for 3 years with the option for two additional years. The bidder must have electronic invoicing capability and provide a formal pricing and technical work proposal, including fresh oil pricing structure, yellow grease removal, and equipment maintenance and repair. • The bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurability that meets CNE requirements. • The bidder must provide a signed Confidentiality and Business Relationship/Non-Collusion Representations document. • The bidder must have experience and familiarity with the work of the character specified. • The bidder must have the financial ability to perform the Work successfully and properly to completion.
