The University of Georgia is seeking a qualified consulting firm to provide strategic planning services. The contractor will work with university leadership to develop a comprehensive, multi‑year strategic plan that aligns with the institution’s mission, addresses academic and operational priorities, and establishes measurable goals and implementation pathways. The effort includes stakeholder engagement, data analysis, facilitation of planning workshops, drafting of the final strategic plan document, and recommendations for ongoing governance of the plan. • Scope: Full‑service strategic planning (assessment, facilitation, drafting, recommendations). • Deliverables: Stakeholder interview summaries, data‑driven analysis, workshop agendas and facilitation, final written strategic plan (PDF/Word), implementation roadmap, governance framework. • Timeline: Responses due by Oct 30 2026; project timeline to be defined after award. • Eligibility: Open to all qualified suppliers; electronic submission only. • Evaluation: Based on qualifications, methodology, past performance, and cost.
