Description

The City of Laconia is seeking proposals from qualified landscape and decorating contractors to provide fall planting installation, seasonal downtown decorations, maintenance as needed, and subsequent removal and disposal of plant materials and decorations. The selected contractor will be responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and disposal services necessary to complete the work described in the RFP. Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

Based on the scope of work described in the RFP, the estimated budget for this contract could be in the range of $50,000 to $200,000. This estimate is based on the assumption that the contractor will need to provide a significant amount of labor, materials, and equipment to complete the work, and that the city will be paying for the services on a cost-plus basis. The actual budget could be higher or lower, depending on the specific pricing and bidding structure of the contract. Factors that could influence the budget include the number of plant materials and decorations required, the complexity of the installation and maintenance work, and the level of competition among bidders.
