Merrimack County seeks a qualified vendor to supply and install a approximately 125‑foot white vinyl picket fence (model V350‑TR “Illusions”) at its Boscawen facility, including removal of the existing fence, concrete‑set posts, and a 3‑ft opening (no gate). The contract will be awarded to the most competitive, experienced, and quality‑focused bidder; pricing must be all‑inclusive, FOB Destination, and valid for 90 days. Vendors must meet insurance, bonding, and warranty requirements and submit proposals by 30 Sept 2026.
