The U.S. Transportation Command is seeking a qualified contractor to provide Stevedoring and Related Terminal Services (S&RTS) for U.S. Government cargo moving through multiple ports and military installations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. The work includes loading and unloading containers, vehicles, break‑bulk, and aircraft cargo; cargo management, staging, storage, intra‑port transfers, documentation, tallying, and handling of hazardous materials, ammunition, and explosives. Services will be performed under a five‑year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a minimum guarantee of $2,500 in the first year and a maximum ceiling based on the award plus a 25% increase.
