The California Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide wheelchair‑accessible bus rental services, drivers, and full dispatch support for the Yountville Veterans Home. The contractor must supply 27‑passenger and 56‑passenger buses (the larger unit includes an onboard restroom), ensure all vehicles meet ADA requirements, and provide qualified California‑licensed Class B drivers trained in wheelchair securement. All costs—including fuel, insurance, maintenance, permits, and driver labor—must be covered within an all‑inclusive hourly rate. The contract is a three‑year, fixed‑price agreement with no guaranteed minimum service hours, and the State may terminate with 30‑day notice or for cause.
