Warehousing, Equipment Receipt, and Pre‑Shipment Support

The opportunity is for a warehouse provider to offer services including warehousing, equipment receipt, and pre-shipment support. The contractor shall provide a warehouse facility of approximately 20,000 square feet with 2-high warehouse racking and a utilization rate ranging from 60 to 75%. The facility must have adequate space for staging equipment, a minimum of one loading dock, and two forklifts with extended forks. The contractor shall also provide real-time inventory, equipment function testing, and procurement of equipment and materials. Some key requirements and services include: • Warehousing and storage of equipment • Equipment receipt and inspection • Procurement of equipment and materials • Pre-shipment preparation and support • Modification support for program equipment • Coordination with Battelle and authorized third parties for export and shipment The contractor shall have experience in warehouse management and equipment testing, and the project manager and warehouse supervisor shall have a minimum of three years of experience.
