HRF Lodging

The US Army is seeking a vendor to provide hotel rooms for the 10th HRF from 15 to 20 November 2025. The vendor must provide 600 double occupancy rooms and 60 single occupancy rooms within 10 miles of the Spokane Fire Department Training Center. The rooms must be clean and safe, with Wi-Fi, single access to bathroom and shower, and no-cost non-valet parking. The vendor must also provide a buffet-style breakfast at no cost. The government is looking for a firm fixed price contract and will evaluate proposals based on best value. • The vendor must accommodate the 10th HRF and CBRN Task Force requirements, including double queen bed rooms, ample parking for six buses, and convention center space for medical monitoring. • The vendor must provide a per diem rate for all rooms and ensure that the rooms are available for check-in by 1400 on 15 November 2025. • The vendor must verify the name of the room occupant against the list of names provided by the 10th HRF J4 representative and assign room keys to individuals. • The vendor must process acceptance for authorized and proper payment requests and validate rooms provided.
