FTZ Elevator Maintenance

The State of Hawaii is seeking a contractor to provide elevator maintenance services for the Foreign-Trade Zone's Pier 2 facility. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining two Otis Gen2 passenger elevators and one Savaria wheelchair lift. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of three additional yearly extensions. The contractor will be required to perform quarterly inspections and maintenance on the wheelchair lift and monthly inspections and maintenance on the passenger elevators. The contractor will also be required to provide emergency minor adjustment call back services. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services. • The contractor must have the necessary licenses and insurance. • The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a written report of all services performed. • The contractor must advise the Officer-in-Charge of any issues or potential problems with the elevator's mechanical or electrical system.
