Arkansas State University is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive, exclusive event ambulance and paramedic services for all university‑hosted events, including stadiums, arenas, and other campus gatherings. The contractor must staff ALS‑capable ambulances, EMT/FF‑EMT personnel, a dedicated ATV for field transport, and a dispatcher for football games, ensuring crews arrive at least 15 minutes before doors open and remain on‑site after event close. Vendor must hold all required licenses, permits, insurance, and comply with state health and safety regulations, submitting a hard‑copy signed proposal and an electronic copy on a flash drive. • Provide dedicated ALS ambulances (2‑person crew) for stadium football games and other events, with additional standby units as needed. • Staff first‑aid rooms, operate a field‑transport ATV, and maintain dispatch communication via the regional E911 center. • Submit hourly rate pricing for ALS units, ATV units, EMT/FF‑EMT personnel, and dispatcher services; contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, 5‑year term with possible one‑year extensions.
