FSS BPA Cost Per Reportable for Automated Blood Gas Instrumentation, reagents, data management, and service

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) is seeking sources that can provide Automated Blood Gas Instrumentation, reagents, data management, and service. The agreement will be under FSS BPA Cost Per Reportable (CPRR), and the Government will award a CPRR to a single Contractor. The Contractor must provide the supplies and services that fulfill the brand name, and demonstrate their capability to meet the requirement described in the attached SOW. • The Contractor must provide Automated Blood Gas Instrumentation, reagents, data management, and service. • The agreement will be exclusive to the VISN 15 facilities listed by Attachment A. • Additional tests/reagents/instrumentation may be added to the award as new technology becomes available on the market. • The Contractor must have an FSS contract with GSA, VA NAC, NASA SEWP, or any other federal contract that can be utilized to procure the requirement. • The Contractor must provide their SAM UEI number and demonstrate their size status and representations, such as SDVOSB, VOSB, Hubzone, or Woman Owned Small Business.
