U.S. National Day Venue and Catering - 2026

The U.S. Embassy Manama is seeking a venue and catering service for the celebration of its National Day 2026. The Government intends to award a contract to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The solicitation will be launched on the SAM.gov website when it is available. • The contract will be awarded based on the initial offer without discussion. • SAM registration is not required, but qualified offerors must have a valid CAGE/N-CAGE code for verification. • Electronic submission of responses is allowed, and offerors should ensure their email with the offer does not exceed 30 MB.
