Description

The Little Rock Convention & Visitors Bureau (LRCVB) is seeking qualified individuals, firms, or entities to provide on-call technical production and engineering services at its managed facilities. This solicitation establishes a term contract with multiple awards to create a pre-qualified vendor pool of skilled technical personnel across one or more service categories. The services are intended to supplement LRCVB’s internal Production Services Department and will focus on highly skilled technical positions, including audio, lighting, and video engineering, as well as production supervision and coordination. Some key points to consider: • Responders must demonstrate at least three years of experience providing technical production services for live events. • Responders must maintain all applicable business permits and licenses. • Responders must provide a written summary of at least five events demonstrating relevant experience and technical qualifications. • LRCVB reserves the right to select one or multiple vendors per service category to establish a pre-qualified vendor pool. • Inclusion in the vendor pool does not guarantee any minimum volume of work.

Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

Given the nature of the contract, which involves providing technical production and engineering services on an as-needed basis, it's difficult to estimate the exact budget. However, considering the contract term of one year with possible renewals and the requirement for responders to provide hourly and day rates for various technical positions, the budget could range from $200,000 to $500,000 per year, depending on the frequency and scope of events. Factors influencing the likely payment range include the number of events, the complexity of each event, and the number of technical personnel required.
