The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking partners for the Military Unique Sustainment Technology III (MUST III) program, a research and development initiative focused on advanced technology development projects. The program aims to improve the Class II supply chain capability, capacity, and efficiency across the acquisition lifecycle. Interested parties can submit White Papers or proposals for short-term projects that align with the program's technical areas of interest, which include digital as an authoritative source, supply chain resilience, and innovation in clothing and individual equipment. • The program will award indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contracts with a one-year base period and four one-year option periods. • The IDIQ contracts will include three contract line items (CLINs): Short Term Projects, Working Group Activities, and Transition, Interim Operations, Test, and Evaluation. • The program will provide funding for authorized travel and related costs to attend and participate in MUST meetings and other government-sponsored meetings. • The total government investment for the program is planned to be $50 million over five years, from fiscal years 2026 to 2030. • The program encourages small businesses, small disadvantaged businesses, woman-owned small businesses, and other concerns subject to socioeconomic considerations to submit White Papers and proposals.
