Description
The Cherokee Nation Marshal Service is seeking a vendor to supply and install ten (10) single‑band P25 in‑car mobile radios that meet or exceed detailed performance, encryption, and environmental specifications. The bid must include full product specifications, lead‑time, pricing, and proof of Tribal Employment Rights Office (TERO) certification for Indian preference consideration. The contract will be awarded to the lowest‑most‑responsive offer that complies with all technical requirements and preference rules.
• Quantity: 10 single‑band P25 radios with complete installation kits (antennas, brackets, control heads, cables).
• Technical requirements: VHF/UHF frequency coverage, 1,000–3,000 channel capacity, support for multiple trunking standards, 256‑bit AES encryption, GPS/GLONASS, Bluetooth 4.2, Wi‑Fi, MIL‑STD 810 and IP54/55 durability.
• Mandatory submission items: completed bid response sheet, TERO certification proof, debarment certification, and all required warranties and service agreements.
