Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Distance Learning Contract

The Indian Health Service (IHS) is seeking a contractor to provide Emergency Medical Services (EMS) distance‑learning and related in‑person skills validation for EMS personnel across the United States. The contract will cover initial certification, recertification, and continuing‑education training for various EMS disciplines (EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic). Training requests will be submitted by individual EMS organizations, reviewed and approved by the government, and then scheduled by the contractor. The base period is twelve (12) months with one optional twelve‑month extension and an additional six‑month extension option. Travel costs are not anticipated, and the contractor must be able to deliver both virtual instruction and, when required, on‑site one‑on‑one skills validation.
