Project 3050 RTP Campus – RTP Campus Renovations

The Wake Technical Community College is seeking qualified firms to provide design and construction services for the renovation of two existing buildings on its Research Triangle Park (RTP) campus. The scope includes converting an existing clean room into a real‑world aseptic laboratory, creating a plant sciences lab, upgrading various science labs, replacing wood‑slat ceilings, reworking student services offices, and constructing a new surface parking lot with infrastructure for a grant‑funded greenhouse. The project also requires LEED Enhanced/Green Globes building commissioning.
