Emergency Medical Responder for Region 13 - National

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service (USFS), is seeking vendors to provide Emergency Medical Responder services for Region 13 - National. The contract will be for a period of 2 years, with the possibility of annual review and on-ramping. Vendors must submit their quotes through the VIPR Next Gen Vendor Application by 4/28/2026 at 17:00 MST. The USFS will evaluate quotes based on operational acceptability, price reasonableness, and past performance dependability risk. • The contract requires vendors to provide emergency medical services, including advanced life support and basic life support, during wildland fires and other incidents. • Vendors must meet specific equipment and personnel requirements, including having a fully qualified level of care and documentation from a Medical Director authorizing the provision of emergency medical services on wildland fires. • The contract will be awarded to responsible vendors whose quotes conform to the solicitation and are advantageous to the Government, with price and other factors considered. • The USFS reserves the right to terminate the contract for convenience, and the vendor shall be paid a percentage of the contract price reflecting the percentage of work performed prior to termination.
