6515--Stryker Prime Big Wheel Patient Transport Stretchers or approved equal

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors on their ability to provide patient transport stretchers. The requirement consists of 11 Stryker Prime Big Wheel Patient Transport Stretchers or approved equal. The contractor shall provide all shipping, installation, equipment, personnel, labor, and testing for the product. The Government anticipates a competitive, firm fixed price contract. • The contractor must provide their point of contact, company business size, and SAM Unique Entity Identification Number. • The contractor must answer questions regarding their company size, manufacturing capabilities, and authorization. • The contractor must provide descriptive literature demonstrating their ability to meet the requirements. • The contractor must provide information on their schedule of delivery and availability under any Government Wide Agency Contract, General Services Administration Schedules, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity, or Blanket Purchase Agreement.
