Description
The Department of Administration, Division of Retirement and Benefits, is soliciting proposals for recordkeeping, benefit education, financial advice/guidance services, for the PERS/TRS DC, the SBS-AP and the Alaska DCP plans. The services will begin on August 1, 2025. The proposal includes scope of work, deliverables, and requirements for the offerors.
Some key points to consider are:
• Recordkeeping services for the PERS/TRS Defined Contributions Plans, Supplemental Annuity Plan and the Deferred Compensation Plan
• Benefit education and financial advice/guidance services
• Quarterly reporting to the Plan Administrator
• Member statements to be supplied electronically
• Record keeper calculates Market Value (Record keeper shares x State Street NAV)
