The U.S. Navy is seeking a contractor to repair, overhaul, and test 15 units of a motor‑pump‑circulator (NSN 6640‑016582514, PN 3200‑23). Work includes disassembly, inspection, replacement of defective components, reassembly, and final testing to a Ready‑For‑Issue condition per supplied drawings and repair manuals. The contractor must provide all necessary labor, facilities, tools, and new parts (unless otherwise furnished) and must comply with MIL‑STD‑130 markings, ISO‑9001/AS9100 quality systems, and applicable configuration‑management and safety requirements. No government‑furnished tooling is provided; the contractor assumes responsibility for all equipment needed. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible offeror that meets the technical specifications.
