Bus Services in Support of USS Theodore Roosevelt

The United States Navy is seeking a contractor to provide charter bus services in support of the USS Theodore Roosevelt. The contractor will be required to provide five buses that can hold approximately 60 passengers each, with drivers, to transport personnel from the Ocean Terminal Pier to six different locations on the island of Oahu. The period of performance will be from 23 June 2026 to 01 August 2026, with two separate phases. The contractor will be required to adhere to safety protocols and provide evidence of insurance coverage. * The contract will be a firm-fixed priced call order. * The contractor must be able to provide buses with drivers and have base access credentials to JBPHH. * The method of payment will be Government-wide Commercial Purchase Card. * The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to be considered for award.
