The City of Charleston is seeking qualified civil engineering and landscape architecture firms (or joint teams) to provide comprehensive design, permitting, and construction‑administration services for the Eastern Peninsula portion of its large‑scale affordable‑housing “Project 3500.” The award will cover a primary site at 899 Morrison Drive and optional alternate parcels, requiring grading, storm‑water management, utility layout, streetscape, open‑space, and planting design that align with the city’s Classical‑neighborhood aesthetic and low‑impact development goals.
