The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential vendors for the provision of Avoximeter 1000E equipment and related supplies. The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to identify potential sources and define the procurement strategy for a forthcoming solicitation. The required items include the Avoximeter 1000E, cuvettes, and a co-oximeter control level. Vendors are requested to provide information on their ability to provide these items, including manufacturing location, business size, and pricing. • The RFI is seeking information on the vendor's capability to fulfill the requirement. • Vendors must provide documentation of their manufacturing location and compliance with the Non-Manufacturer Rule. • The VA is seeking information on the vendor's access to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts. • Vendors must provide their company's business size and UEI number. • The RFI is also seeking information on the vendor's availability under Government Wide Agency Contract (GWAC), GSA Schedule, IDIQ, and/or BPA.
