Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System

Columbus Consolidated Government (CCG) is seeking a comprehensive, cloud‑hosted Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system to modernize its finance, procurement, human resources, and payroll operations. The awardee must deliver a fully integrated SaaS solution, perform end‑to‑end implementation services—including configuration, data migration, system integrations, testing, training, and go‑live support—and provide post‑implementation maintenance and hyper‑care support through the first fiscal‑year‑end close and calendar‑year‑end payroll cycle. The vendor must also coordinate a seamless transition from the incumbent if required and furnish all required certifications, insurance, and compliance documentation. • Provide a cloud‑based ERP platform covering GL, budgeting, AP/AR, procurement, HR, payroll, reporting, workflow automation, and security (SOC 2/ISO 27001/NIST compliance). • Deliver complete implementation services: project management, configuration, data conversion, API integrations, testing (including parallel payroll), training, go‑live planning, and hyper‑care support. • Demonstrate experience with public‑sector ERP deployments, supply references, and maintain required insurance, E‑Verify, and conflict‑of‑interest assurances.
