Notice of Intent to Sole Source - Nebraska ANG - USAF EOD Electronics Course-MTT

The Nebraska Air National Guard intends to award a sole-source purchase order to Improvised Electronics LLC for the delivery of the USAF EOD Electronics Course-MTT. The course is a unique, proprietary offering that combines fundamental electronics theory with specific application to Improvised Explosive Device (IED) circuits and methodologies. The course includes the use of proprietary lab kits, reference guides, and specific CAD files and source code developed by the vendor. • The course is designed for military EOD personnel. • The instructors possess a unique combination of field experience in military EOD operations and expert-level knowledge in electronics and circuit analysis. • The course includes hands-on learning objectives using proprietary materials. • The Government requires the delivery of the course to be conducted for Nebraska Air National Guard Explosive Ordnance Disposal personnel.
