The State of North Dakota is seeking to continue its Asset Verification System (AVS) that interfaces with the SPACES eligibility platform. The contract covers ongoing system maintenance, secure transaction processing for roughly 38,000 asset‑verification requests per year, and full reporting and security compliance. Vendors must provide a production‑ready solution by June 1, 2026 and may be incumbent Accuity LexisNexis Risk Solutions or any qualified alternate that can deliver an equivalent solution without disrupting eligibility operations. • Maintain and support the AVS platform, including the SPACES interface or an equivalent secure interface. • Deliver secure, high‑volume asset‑verification transactions (≈ 38 k/year) with reporting, uptime, and audit‑log requirements. • Ensure compliance with state and federal security standards and provide a transition plan if a new vendor is selected.
