Addendum No. 1 to 26-020

The City of Pawtucket is seeking an environmental and design consulting firm to develop site‑improvement plans for the Morley Fields parcel. The work includes design of a pavilion, restroom facilities, and a retaining wall, as well as any required environmental assessments and historic research. The addendum clarifies that no conceptual plan will be supplied, historical and environmental documents will be provided only to the awardee, and the site is fenced with no public access. Lot 360 has an approved plan that will be shared; Lot 309 does not. Final decisions on restroom type (prefab vs. custom) and certain design elements will be made during contract negotiations.
