RFQ 25-114 BUSINESS RETENTION

The City of East St. Louis is seeking qualified contractors to perform a series of renovation and construction tasks under its Business Retention Program. The work includes updating an existing bathroom on the main level, constructing a new public restroom, and building out a new classroom space. Each task involves demolition, framing, drywall, plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting, and finishing work to meet city code and owner specifications. Contractors must submit quotations as outlined in the attached documents. • Update existing bathroom: ceiling repair, drywall, sink/toilet replacement, flooring, door, mop sink, janitor’s closet. • Install new public restroom: fixtures, vent, mirror, lighting, mop sink, full code‑compliant build‑out. • Renovate classroom: remove carpet, epoxy flooring, baseboard, drywall, paint, ceiling tiles, lighting upgrades.
