Periodical Subscription Services, Lincoln City Libraries

The Lincoln City Libraries is seeking bids for periodical and newspaper subscription services to be delivered to eight branch locations. The contract term is for one year with the option to renew for three additional one-year terms. The vendor shall provide print copies of periodicals and newspapers, an efficient claim and replacement process, and customer service in a timely manner. The bid prices shall include all delivery costs, including shipper's charges. • The vendor shall provide periodicals and newspapers to the specified branch locations. • The vendor shall provide an efficient and timely claim and replacement process. • The vendor shall report any cessations, suspensions, and/or changes in titles or publishers. • The vendor shall have the ability to extend a credit on account for discontinued publications. • The vendor shall provide customer service in a timely manner with the use of a toll-free number for customer support.
