REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) Photography, Videography and Editing service

The Washington State Department of Agriculture (WSDA) is seeking information from video production and photography consultants for a project related to a USDA Specialty Crop Block Grant. The project involves creating instructional training videos and manuals to enhance early pest detection and standardize inspection protocols for five Washington state specialty crops. Services required include photography, video production, audio/vocal recording/voice overs, drone footage, editing, and other deliverables. The project timeline is from February 2026 to September 29, 2028. • The project requires creating 5 training videos in both English and Spanish versions. • Photography and filming will be done on-site at multiple locations across Central and Southern Washington. • The contractor must provide a one-page description of their expertise in photography and video production & editing. • The contractor must indicate their availability to complete the project within the given timeline. • The contractor must provide a high-level estimate of their price to complete the project.
