NASPO Value Point Rescue & Public Protection Equipment

The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish Master Agreements with qualified bidders to provide Rescue & Public Protection Equipment for all Participating States. The objective of this RFP is to obtain best value and achieve more favorable pricing than is obtainable by an individual state or local government entity. The equipment includes fire protection clothing, rescue equipment, CPR equipment, first aid supplies, head, ear, eye, and face protection, masks, filters, and parts, and alarm equipment maintenance/repair. • Fire protection clothing (turnout coats, bunker pants, hoods, gloves, etc.) • Rescue equipment (rescue nets, power extractors, rope and life harnesses, etc.) • CPR equipment and supplies • First aid blankets, stretchers, etc. • Head, ear, eye, and face protection • Masks, filters, and parts • Alarm equipment maintenance/repair • Emergency warning systems maintenance and repair • Fire protection equipment and systems maintenance and repair
