CS Communications Duct Space Reutilization

The United States Air Force is soliciting proposals for the CS Communications Duct Space Reutilization project at Malmstrom Air Force Base in Montana. The project involves the extraction of rigid HDPE innerduct from designated conduits and the installation of new infrastructure, including maintenance holes, hand holes, and conduits. The contractor will be responsible for designing and installing the outside plant telecommunications infrastructure, including copper cable and fiber optic cables. The project requires compliance with various industry standards, including TIA-758-B and NFPA 70. • The contractor must have experience in telecommunications systems installations. • The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor must provide a one-year warranty for the work performed. • The contractor must provide a test plan and conduct on-site testing to demonstrate that the system is fully operational and meets the specified requirements.
