Commissioning Services for UIP Subproject 2- Kautz Road Substation Replacement

The Fermi Forward Discovery Group, LLC is seeking Commissioning Authority (CxA) services for the Utilities Infrastructure Subproject 2- Kautz Road Substation Replacement. The selected contractor will be responsible for performing commissioning services during the pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases of the project. The scope of work includes witnessing, reporting, and issue tracking, as well as keeping track of required testing and status of each test. The interconnection of new to old equipment is also included in the scope of work. • The project involves the replacement of the Kautz Road Substation • The contractor will be required to provide firm fixed price proposals for each task order • The aggregate value of all task orders will have a minimum of $20,000 and a maximum of $450,000 • The subcontract will be for a period of five years • The contractor will be required to submit invoices with the subcontract task order number and subcontract number
