The City of Spokane is seeking information from qualified firms on how they would partner to deliver full‑service concert booking, production, and ticketing for the 5,100‑seat Gesa Credit Union Pavilion in Riverfront Park. The RFI is purely informational and will inform a future procurement; no pricing is to be submitted. The response must address company background, partnership structure, handling of fifteen annual blackout dates, proposed contract length and performance metrics, financial/revenue‑share concepts, event production capabilities, ticketing platform options, and any innovative ideas. • Company profile and relevant experience with outdoor amphitheaters and municipal venues. • Proposed partnership model (revenue‑share, exclusive booking, responsibilities) and how it accommodates the listed blackout dates. • Production & ticketing service plan, including staging, sound, logistics, safety, and ticketing platform. • Suggested contract term, KPIs, and financial structure (no cost figures required). • Any additional innovative recommendations for venue utilization or operational efficiency.
