S111--WRJ Compressed Natural Gas

The White River Junction VA Medical Center (WRJVAMC) is seeking a contractor to supply and deliver Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) fuel for use in its campus boiler plant. The contract will be for a base period of one year with the option to extend for up to four additional years. The contractor will be responsible for delivering CNG to the decompression facility at the North end of the WRJVAMC campus, monitoring gas quantity, and performing related maintenance and inspection tasks. The contractor must also comply with VA safety and security requirements. • The contractor must provide all necessary resources to deliver CNG. • The contractor must monitor gas quantity and deliver new trailers as needed. • The contractor must comply with VA safety and security requirements. • The contract will be awarded based on best value, considering factors such as price, past performance, and technical capabilities.
