Description
The City of Kenai is seeking a qualified professional to serve as an on‑site caretaker for the Vintage Pointe Congregate Housing Facility. The caretaker will reside in a unit on the property and be responsible for routine maintenance, operations, and janitorial services to ensure the senior housing complex remains safe, functional, and well‑maintained. The role includes emergency response availability, coordination of repairs, and oversight of cleaning activities.
