The White River Junction VA Medical Center is conducting market research to identify qualified sources that can provide ICU Medical Medfusion 4000 Syringe Infusion Pumps, associated software, accessories, installation, and training services. The requirement supports multiple clinical environments requiring precise small-volume drug delivery. Interested parties are asked to submit company information, capability statements, and past performance information. The government is looking for vendors that can provide new equipment, vendor-supported OS, delivery, setup, software configuration, calibration, and user/account management. Training and installation services are also required. • Medfusion 4000 syringe infusion pumps with delivery accuracy ±2% and flow rates 0.01 mL/hr to 1130 mL/hr • Automatic syringe detection and smart pump safety features • PharmGuard software for drug library customization • Equipment specifications, including new equipment only and vendor-supported OS • Delivery, setup, software configuration, calibration, and user/account management • Training and installation services, including on-station clinical and technical training • One-year manufacturer warranty and vendor-provided tools/materials for full installation
