Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

No explicit contract dollar amount is disclosed. Based on the required quarterly distribution of 2,400 naloxone doses (≈9,600 per year), training of ≥100 participants, and the administrative overhead of reporting, a typical county‑level naloxone distribution contract ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 annually, depending on vendor pricing for the medication, staffing, and travel. Assuming a two‑year performance period, the total contract value could fall between $300,000 and $600,000. Factors influencing the final amount include the negotiated price per dose, the number of training sessions actually delivered, and any additional performance‑based incentives.
