Y1DA--Sidewalk Replacement Throughout Lyons Campus

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified service‑disabled veteran‑owned small business to replace all sidewalks across the Lyons Campus of the VA Medical Center. The work includes demolition of existing concrete, installation of new concrete sidewalks to VA specifications, associated site safety measures, and restoration of surrounding landscaping. The contract is set‑aside for SDVOSBCs, with a performance period of ten calendar days after award. • Replace approximately 12,180 SF of existing sidewalks across multiple campus locations. • Provide all labor, materials, equipment, safety fencing, and disposal services. • Comply with VA construction standards, Davis‑Bacon wage rates for Somerset County, NJ, and 30‑hour OSHA training requirements.
