The State of Illinois Department of Children and Family Services seeks a vendor to design, deliver, and sustain a comprehensive Leadership Development Program for its workforce. The contractor will create a curriculum covering leadership effectiveness, employee engagement, culture transformation, and organizational sustainability, then deliver four statewide four‑day cohorts (≈200 participants total) and provide executive‑level coaching, optional organizational assessments, and post‑training sustainability support.
