Three (3) Waterless Boat Cleaning Stations

Central Arkansas Water (CAW) is seeking bids for three waterless boat cleaning stations. The stations should include hand-cleaning tools with optional solar power, high-pressure air, and a vacuum hose installed. They should be completely self-contained and have customized wraps personalized for Central Arkansas Water. The contract is expected to be a firm-fixed-price contract, and the complete waterless boat cleaning stations are expected to be ready for acceptance before September 30, 2026. Key features of the required waterless boat cleaning stations include: • Three completely enclosed 120V systems with optional Off-Grid 500W solar array, battery, and DC inverter equipment, IoT controller, blower & compressor system, wet/dry vacuum & tankage, tethered brush, wrench, grabber, and marine LED lights. • Three pre-cast reinforced concrete bases for Station and Wayside. • Custom exterior large unit wrap installed on each of three units, laminated vinyl with UV protection. • Two spare hand tool kits. • Software setup and annual software maintenance.
