Kistler Dataloggers

The Montana Department of Transportation is seeking bids for Kistler Dataloggers and related products. The contract will be an "as-needed" contract with an initial term and option to renew for up to 10 years. The WIM controller must meet specific specifications, including accessibility via a web-based interface, compatibility with wireless cellular modem, and ability to interpret vehicle data based on inductive loop and sensor arrays.
