This solicitation is for the repair of electronic circuit card assemblies for the U.S. Navy. The contractor must submit a firm‑fixed‑price quote for full repair, as well as a beyond‑repair (BR)/beyond‑economic‑repair (BER) price. Shipping is handled by the government, and the contractor must adhere to Navy quality, marking, and documentation standards, including MIL‑STD‑130 marking and required inspection processes.
