RFQ_Leica microscope Preventative Maintenance

The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is seeking up to two firm‑fixed‑price contracts for preventative maintenance and support of Leica laboratory microscopes (FSL‑W, FSL‑A, and NFEA Beltsville). The work includes routine cleaning, calibration, and repair of microscope components over a five‑year performance period (09/30/2026‑09/29/2031) with optional one‑year extensions. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis for each location. Respondents must submit a quotation by 09/14/2026 09:00 EST via email to the contracting officer. No small‑business set‑aside applies.
