Draft RFP MHE

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Riley KS is seeking a contractor to provide Material Handling Equipment (MHE) for III Armored Corps (AC) and Fort Hood, Texas. The contractor will be responsible for providing all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, fuel, and other items necessary to perform movements of Unit Equipment. The contract will be for a period of 12 months, with options to extend. The contractor will be required to provide operators and supervision of MHE capable of loading containerized and non-containerized equipment and vehicles, supplies, tools, materials, and other items necessary to perform the prescribed project. Some key services include: • Providing outdoor 36k diesel forklifts with operators • Providing tractors and trailers with removable gooseneck • Performing crane operations with spotting crew and spreader bar • Maintaining and servicing equipment as necessary.
