M00P6605671 NEC VOIP Phones and Equipment

The Maryland Department of Health is seeking bids for NEC VOIP Phones and Associated Equipment to be delivered to Rockville, MD. The equipment must be new and unused, and the Master Contractor must provide the estimated ship date/lead time for each item listed in the PORFP. The bid documents must be password-protected, and the password must be emailed separately to the Procurement Officer after the bid due date. The evaluation criteria for award will be based on conformance to specifications and lowest bid. • The PORFP is limited to Master Contractors that are awarded a contract under the PBX IV - Telecommunications Equipment and Services Master Contract # 001B0600162. • The Master Contractor must be an authorized reseller for PBX/NEC and provide a screen shot of the Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Price (MSRP) with the bid. • The Master Contractor must include a Mercury Affidavit, if applicable. • The Master Contractor must provide a list of required equipment and model number/s, as well as the quantity of each item.
